Daisy Villa Medical Practice is based in St Margaret's Hope and is a single handed dispensing practice of approximately 1500 patients covering the islands of South Ronaldsay and Burray.
CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) Please do not come to the surgery if you have a fever or cough. If you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19 (a new continuous cough, temperature or loss or change of taste or smell) you should immediately visit NHS Inform or call 111 if you can't get online. If you wish to book a test for Covid-19 and have symptoms, please call 888211 (Mon-Fri 0930-1900 and Sat 0930-1200) To obtain a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status, please visit the NHS Inform website. Please note that if you have not used the service, you should use the 'Recover Username' option to create a new sign in. If you require a printed record, phone 08081968565. Please note that Daisy Villa staff cannot provide vaccination status information. NHS Orkney's Near Me web page has a short video explaining how to use the videolink If you require an isolation note for your employer, please use the NHS 111 website's isolation note service Please only order your repeat medication when you have one week's supply remaining. Please do not order in advance of this. Allow three working days before collecting your medication. During the coronavirus restriction period we are offering a prescription delivery service to patients in South Ronaldsay and Burray. If you would like to use this service please leave a message saying this at the time of placing your repeat prescription order. The prescription delivery service is once weekly on Thursdays between 10 am and 1 pm. You must be home to receive your medication Our staff will maintain a safe 2 metre distance from patients when delivering drugs. For assistance out with normal working hours (between the hours of 6.00pm and 8.00am, during weekends and on public holidays please contact NHS 24 on 111.
