Appointments

How to request an appointment, what to do when the practice is closed, and how video consultations work.

Urgent help

Call 999 if someone is seriously ill, injured, or their life is at risk.

Call NHS 24 on 111 if you need urgent help when the practice is closed.

How appointments work

To request an appointment, call Daisy Villa Medical Practice on 01856 831 206 during opening hours. Reception staff may ask for brief information about your symptoms so they can direct you to the right member of the team.

Please do not be offended if the team ask what the appointment is about. This helps the practice prioritise urgent concerns and make sure patients are seen by the most appropriate person.
