How do I request an appointment?

Call Daisy Villa on 01856 831 206 during opening hours. Reception may ask for brief information to direct you to the right person.

When should I order repeat medication?

Please order when you have one week’s supply remaining and allow three working days before collection.

What should I do when the practice is closed?

Call NHS 24 on 111 for urgent help out of hours. Call 999 in an emergency.

Can I register as a temporary patient?

Yes. Use the temporary patient registration form if you are staying locally for less than 3 months.

How do I join a video consultation?

Use the Daisy Villa Near Me link only when the practice has asked you to attend by video.
