Order repeat medication from Daisy Villa. Use the form where possible, or call the prescription order line if needed.

Before you order

Please only order repeat medication when you have one week’s supply remaining. Please allow three working days before collecting your medication.

Daisy Villa is a dispensing practice. If an item is not in stock, it can usually be ordered for collection within three working days.
