New Patient Registration
If you live in Burray or South Ronaldsay and wish to register with the Practice please:
1) Complete the New patient Registration form and email it back to the surgery This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
2) Print and complete the New patient Questionnaire and email it back to the surgery with your registration form
3) Make an appointment for a new patient check with the practice nurse and the doctor (remember to bring a urine sample for testing)

If you are staying in the area for less than 3 months and need to see a GP, please telephone us on 831206 to request an appointment.
